Registering for Epurchase
  1. Log on to www.litemor.com look for the link epurchase. If this is your first time you will need to register. If you have registered and you have received notice that you account is ready to use, then proceed to Using Epurchase.
     
  2. Down at the bottom of the page you'll find a link.

    Click on this icon to proceed to the registration page.
     
  3. On the registration page you will find the following fields. You must fill in all fields.
    Login Information
    Username: Create a new username. Minimum 5 characters. Maximum 18 characters. Any combination of Alpha-numeric characters can be used. This is the username in conjunction with the password, that you will use to access epurchase once your account is activated. first initial last name is a good  
    Password: Create a new password. Minimum 5 characters. Maximum 18 characters. Any combination of Alpha-numeric characters can be used. This is the password in conjunction with the username that, you will use to access epurchase once your account is activated.
    Email address: Enter a valid email address. This will be the email address we will use to correspond with you regarding your orders. Your This is the email address will will sent account activated notice to.
    Your Information
    First Name: Your first name.
    Last Name: Your last name.
    Title: Your Job title/position within your company.
    Phone: Your business phone number.
    Company Information
    Company Name: Your Company name. The name that was used
    Account Code: This is your 6 digit account code. It can be found on our invoice. This is traditionally the first 3 characters of your company name and the last 3 characters of your postal code. e.g.. Litemor Toronto would be LIT2Z2.
    Branch:  Select the Litemor branch that you normally do business with. The branch that you are located closest to.
    When you have completed the registration form, click the "register" button at the bottom to submit your application.

    Reminder - E-purchase is available for established Litemor clients only. New customers should contact their nearest branch first to set up an account. The epurchase site is not a retail sales channel but a service offered to Litemor account customers.
     
  4. After successfully submitting your application and you will be brought to a page that reads:
    THANK YOU FOR REGISTERING
    Your account is being set-up. Depending on how many requests we have, it could take a couple of days to process. We are loading the items you use and your prices. We will notify you when we're done and your account is ready to use.

    At this point
    your epurchase account has been created but still not available for use. We will qualify your registration information, load your items that you use based on sales history and/or pricing contracts and, in some cases load shipping location info.
    When we have finished setting up your account we will notify you via email or phone that the account is ready for use.
