Store  Lighting

Each type of retail establishment has distinctive features that make it attractive to a specific customer and reinforce its sales strategy. These include a range of products, style of service and interior design; including light design. Lighting makes a bold statement about a store. It impacts what shoppers see and do. It grabs their attention, guides them through displays, helps them evaluate merchandise and motivates them to buy. Litemor carries a large selection of track lighting, down lighting and recessed lighting. We offer the top brand names such as Halo, Lightolier, Capri and Juno to service your lighting needs.

General Lighting

General lighting establishes basic viability and lends character to a store by providing appropriate levels, distribution and colour of light. It allows visual evaluation of all merchandise without emphasizing one item over another. Fluorescent lamps are the most widely used for general lighting. They are efficient; long life (10,000 – 20,000+ hours), easily maintainable and offer good to excellent colour qualities.

Accent Lighting

Halogen and incandescent lamps are the preferred source for highlighting. To be effective, accent lighting should be selective and used to single out key displays. A time-honoured rule-of-thumb is to illuminate feature displays to five times the lighting level of their surroundings. This produces dramatic contrast and an upscale image. Litemor has a large variety of halogen and incandescent lamps made by the likes of Osram Sylvania, General Electric and Ushio to name a few.
